This is one of my favorite Happy meal sets. I never was able to complete the set but I always wanted to. katrina9799 has most of the set of Simpsons Halloween toys. These are so cool I wish Kidrobot would a vinyl version. Twenty bucks is not a bad price.
Remember the episode of The Simpsons where Bart dreams that he has a snow day and Lisa hits him in the face with a snowball made from ice in the freezer. He runs down the stairs and opens the door thinking it has snowed only to be greeted by the sun and no snow. Well that is how I felt today, I was hoping for a snow day but no dice. I had to go in to work because all the other assholes that I work with are to scared to drive. Maybe I should get the Plow King to go over and pick them up. Oh well fuck em I get to post this awesome set for you on company time. swtzuke21 is offering up a great deal on some out of print Simpsons sets from Playmates some of these are Toys R Us exclusives. I would love to buy this, I never had the chance to finish up my collection and this would be a great addition. Maybe some of you out there are missing these as well.
Well with Christmas around the corner that means a new Simpson’s Christmas special. I for one cannot wait to see it. I love the Simpson’s even after all these years and few weird seasons they are back on track. letts-shop-inc is selling the ever popular Simpson’s interactive Christmas playset from Playmates. I remember when these sets were coming out in the early 2000′s they were a Toys R Us exclusive. I definitely bought one but I’m not sure where I put it. Anyway the price is low for now I suggest you act upon it and bring this home. Maybe even put it in front of the Christmas Tree start your own tradition.
Right up the alley for halloween, up for a low bid is the Skeleton Bart Qee made by Toy2r in 2007(?), which in my opinion looks better then the KID ROBOT Simpsons figures (still great, I just prefer these). I have a few of the smaller 3″ ones, but I wouldn’t mind some bigger ones. Not sure if the 10″ ones do, but this style head glows in the dark, pretty cute I guess
Or you can get three 10″ Qees for a steep 300 dollars, I don’t really know how much they go for, but I’m pretty sure it can be under 100 for each. Make an offer maybe?
