Beefcake The Mighty

As far as I’m concerned there has never been a rock band more ready to have action figurers of them made more than GWAR! I dont understand why McFarland toys didnt do them, I dont understand why another midsized company didnt make them and I don’t understand what the deal with the ones that Shocker Toys was suposed to put out is. They showed sketches and then a prototype of a Beefcake figure and a few slaves I think. Even with all that the figures still never came out! Its not like Shocker has a reputation for putting out high quality detailed toys!

The seller is calling this a ‘prototype’ but since there were 500 made I dont think it qualifies as a proto. It was more of an ‘advance’ release figure done for the San Diego Comicon.

The seller shows A LOT of pictures, but I think that only the one below is actually of the figure you’re buying. I think that this is an unarticluated resin ‘statue’ yet most of his pictures show an articulated figure on a molded base.

Theres an awful lot of things left unclear for an item that the seller hopes to get that much money for.
