Thsi figure has motion activation and voice. This was released in 2003 when Neca and Reel Toys first started making toys. These figures were in direct competition with McFarlane Toys.

So my question is who the fuck would want this sitting in their room? Not me. I mean come on this prop puppet from Medicom is life size. It stands 30″ tall or 2.5 feet. ze0ro is selling it without the tricycle. He say’s it will be cheaper to buy one yourself. I agree but still do you want Billy pedaling around your house at night. I don’t want to open the fridge when I’m trying to make some chocolate milk only to find a tape recorder hanging from the carton. The seller say’s that he is trying to buy a couch and this is the best way to get the money. Well I say whose going to pay for your coffin when Billy murders you? Think about it.
