Back in the day, my brother read a lot of books. Most of those, he would hand to me and say, “read this.” Not a lot of fanfare, just “read this.” Honestly, it worked. That’s how I found Kerouac, Camus, Burroughs, Salinger and of course, Allen Ginsberg. I always preferred the more off beat William S. Burroughs, but Ginsberg knew how to spin a yarn. That guy had chops. And thanks to Presspop and their American Personality Cultures line, you too can now have a little Ginsberg in your home. It’s a pretty cool package. The 6″ figure comes with a cloth jacket, top hat and a beaded necklace. The package also comes with stickers and a live cd of readings and a previously unreleased song. That’s pretty cool.
