Oh man, I totally had one of these TRON light cycles when I was a kid. They really ripped (pun intended). You’d feed the pull wire into the back wheel and then let it rip. Generally at your sleeping brothers head … or at least, that’s what some people did. Manufactured by TOMY Corp and licensed under Walt Disney. So dope. swagmixedwithflavor says it’s from 1981, but I’m not sure if that’s right. It claims it’s for ages 6 and up, and I definitely wasn’t 6 at the time. Plus, the bottom of the box has a copyright date of MCMLXXXII, which works out to be 1982. Off by one year, not too bad. 30 years old. Imagine that.
